Water Loss in Finished Basement in Windsor, CT

This finished basement in Windsor, CT was the result of a sump pump failure. In order for our crew to complete mitigation, all of our customer's contents had to be sorted through, packing away what was salvageable and discarding what wasn't. The after the picture was taken only 1 day after we first responded to the loss. The customer was very impressed with how quickly our crew at SERVPRO of The Windsors was able to help sort through her belongings, packing away what she was able to keep and discarding what she couldn't. Her journey is not yet over as our crew will continue to assist her through abatement for the asbestos that was discovered in her home, but thus far she is very pleased with how the process is unfolding.
